I could not recommend Andrew Muling more highly to conduct your building inspection.  He helped us with half a dozen houses and on each occasion, he was incredibly meticulous.  He has an ability to understand the client's emotional attachment to a potential new home, and match that with the realities of the building itself.  Thanks to Andrew we avoided purchasing what we thought was our dream home when his persistence unearthed major defects found under the subfloor of the property. Andrew inspected my house a year and a half ago after I purchased my property. I found he was highly responsive and very clear when explaining concepts to me. As a new buyer from overseas, I had little knowledge about Australian houses, but Andrew was patient in explaining the work flow, the scope of the work, technical terms and how I should read and use the report.
